Where is my order?

Log in to your account on http://www.burn-controllers.com/fr/customer/account/login/ to track your order.

Status:

 «Pending»: Your order is awaiting payment confirmation. Upon receipt of your payment, your order status will change to “in progress” and you will receive a notification email. NB: if the payment was made by cheque or bank transfer, the delay may be extended to several days (the time it takes our accounts service to validate the payment).

 

«In progress»: Your order is being manufactured. This status may be displayed for several days depending on the number of orders to process in the factory.

 

 «Started»: Your controller is being tested. As soon as the tests are completed, the order will be dispatched. This status may be displayed for several days depending of the number of orders to process in the factory.

NB: Delivery times are longer for controllers with the Gamertag / Badge.

 

«Completed»: Your order has been dispatched (tracking is generally available within 24 hours). You can track your delivery on www.colissimo.fr using the tracking number displayed in your account (The time it takes to deliver your package is dependent on postal services and not our company).
