I'm not satisfied with my product. I want a refund.

The « satisfied or your money back » policy does not apply to orders on customised products.

However, we do offer a 14-day cancellation period starting from the date your order is delivered.

For customised products such as controllers, we will deduct 50% off the cost of the controller for re-storage expenses. Due to their unique character, a cancellation policy is unavailable for controllers containing the “GamerTag” and “badge” features.

For personalised items, the cancellation period lasts 14 days, as stated in the Consumer Code.

Only the price of the product can be reimbursed if it satisfies the following return conditions: the product must be returned intact, in its original packaging and in perfect condition for resale.

NB: If a product is returned to us, the customer is responsible for shipping fees.
