My controller is broken - how do I send it back ?

Example 1: If your controller is under guarantee, you can return it to us. All returns will be carried out in agreement with our customer support service.

Example 2: If your controller is no longer under guarantee, you can still return it to us. We will send you a quote for repair (as long as the controller was purchased within the last 18 months).

NB: the average timescale for after-sales services is 2 weeks.

All controllers which are returned to us without approval from customer support will not be fixed.*

NB: Shipping fees for after-sales services are the responsability of the customer.
