If you check your online tracking (www.colissimo.fr) and discover that your package couldn’t be delivered and was returned to the sender, this means that the postman couldn’t identify your address and / or letterbox.
In this case, please contact our support team as soon as possible at: firstname.lastname@example.org to give us your full address details.
When we receive your returned package, we’ll contact you by email to verify your contact details. Please remember to check your emails regularly until you have received your package.
NB: If we don’t hear from you within 7 days following the package's return to the sender, we’ll place your order in stock (without a refund).
Charges may be applied if your order needs to be reprocessed.
If you decide to cancel your order, cancellation conditions will apply.
If your package is returned for a reason which is attributable to you (e.g. non-reclaimed package, incorrect or incomplete address, etc), you will be asked to pay new delivery fees before the package is reshipped.
