The product I received doesn’t match my order

All orders undergo quality control checks prior to shipping. Nevertheless, human errors can occur.

If your product does not match what you ordered (e.g. configuration, colour or model error, etc), please contact customer service.

NB: Photographs and graphics of products displayed on the website have no contractual value. The controller you receive may differ slightly to the photo displayed on the website (If you receive a light blue controller which you expected to be dark blue, please check your PC screen settings). Since our controllers are hand-painted, every controller is UNIQUE.

NB: Any errors must be reported to customer service the same day you receive your package.
