All Burn-Controllers controllers include a 180-day warranty for materials and workmanship (excluding damages caused by incorrect handling, wear and tear etc…)
(For “Burn My Controllers” controllers, the warranty only applies to alterations made)
A 12-month paid warranty extension (non-transferable) is also available. NB: this warranty cannot be combined with an existing warranty.
Any attempt to open the controller will cancel its warranty. A warranty seal is systematically attached to your controller, ensuring its working order has been carefully monitored before dispatch. The warranty is void if the seal is broken or damaged.
NB: If your controller is more than 18 months old, after-sales services do not apply.
